Audley Redwood is set within 15 acres of landscaped parkland, just a short drive from the city of Bristol. It's made up of 106 luxury apartments and 20 cottages, built to complement the local Georgian architecture.

As our Reception Supervisor you will be responsible of ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all Audley customers. This role is highly customer centered and involves regular and diverse communication with both colleagues and owners.
Reporting into the General Manager, Audley’s Reception Supervisors are responsible for managing the reception area and are the first line of support for all our owners and guests.
The focus is on providing a warm and friendly service and setting a great example for our warm, empathetic and efficient team. You’ll also have the opportunity to be involved in the creation and running of regular hospitality events at the village.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in dealing with customers on a regular basis with the ability to influence and liaise with people at all levels.
- Ability to effectively manage and help to resolve any complaints or issues.
- Ability to delegate duties to junior colleagues, enable them to develop within their role.
- To be fully aware of all events planned and be able to advise.
- To have a good working knowledge of the local area and facilities available offsite.
- Have strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Be hands on and have a flexible approach to daily duties and shift patterns.
- Be punctual, warm and courteous and promote team spirit.
- Be self-motivated and driven by standards.
- Have excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and produce creative solutions.
- Excellent cash handling skills.
