This is a Fixed term - Maternity cover position.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager - Property the post holder will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of Audley Villages’ and Mayfield Villages’ property marketing campaigns. The post holder will be accountable for supporting the development and delivery of marketing plans and associated budgets to drive increased revenue across property and sales.
Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development, organisation and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions across the Group
- Work with data agency to plan key direct marketing campaigns
- Accountable for direct marketing creative and ensuring key messages are included
- Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager – Digital to ensure campaigns and relevant content are visible across all digital platforms, including social media, the website and emails, and that they are in line with Brand and Group identity guidelines
- Develop content and proofread creative copy to ensure clear and accurate messaging for the target audience
- Support the delivery of marketing plans to drive increased revenue across all Audley Group villages
- Manage the work of external agencies who deliver campaign activity ensuring the brand and identity is adhered to in all campaigns and all communication channels
- Work with key internal stakeholders to produce external signage plans for each village
- Responsible for the development and creation of CGIs and flythroughs. Working agencies to ensure they are correct and accurate
- Support the research and analysis of marketing data to provide insight on trends and themes for updates and reports to senior leaders
- Understand the feedback from Owners and Prospective Owners and use this to inform future campaigns and marketing activity
- Use CRM system to build and send emails to customer groups
- Assist the operations team with marketing materials required to drive synergies and provide a seamless customer experience whether property, F&B, Club or Care
- Work in partnership with the Regional Directors of Sales and Sales Managers to ensure materials are provided and that a customer focused service is provided at all times
- Support and deliver the local Public Relations plan in line with national plan, working with the identified PR agency and local media as necessary
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent recognised course or experience
- Minimum of 3 years in a marketing role (either in house or agency), with evidence of involvement in the development of marketing materials including email campaigns
- Experience of creating and implementing robust marketing campaigns including planning, campaign management and social media presence
- Track record of using CRM platforms and confidence in ability to learn Marketing Cloud if different from
- Demonstrable evidence of planning campaign emails and support these from conception to delivery
- Experience of channel marketing, campaign management and marketing communication plans
- Track record of using market research to inform planning of campaigns
- Experience of using the analysing and evaluating marketing activity and data
- Detail orientated with proven track record of problem-solving
- Ability to work autonomously and organise and execute multiple projects
- Ability to build and foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication with ability to influence others, active listener and confident liaising with senior stakeholders
- Experience working with agency partners and creative teams to deliver on time, on budget and with agreed outcomes
- Ability to work with ambiguity in a fast paced and changing environment
