Audley retirement villages are set in unique locations where our village owners can retire in a peaceful and lavish setting. Audley villages comprises of owners, who permanently reside on site within their own private homes and who pay a management fee for the upkeep of their properties and access to services on site. The village also hosts external customers, and this role is responsible for providing a first class, positive experience for both types of clients.
This role will be remotely based covering multiple sites across the South (with some occasional travel to the North/Midlands)
Reporting directly to the Health and Safety Manager you will take ownership of multiple properties and work closely with the operational team.
The Health & Safety Officer will be responsible for supporting the implementation the Health and Safety Strategy, under the ISO 45001 Occupational health and safety management system and culture within Audley. Work with our Operations Team and Facilities Managers to deliver safe systems of work, H&S solutions (including some training) consistency and visible support to the Villages and Care Teams.
The Health and Safety Officer will support the Health and Safety Manager to create, communicate and drive a robust and interactive HSE culture through the business, positively impacting on preventing accidents and incidents, reducing insurance claims, and contributing to the achievement of current objectives and targets.
